Even a site without accounts or analytics depends on technical infrastructure. These are the circumstances in which information may be processed.
01INFRASTRUCTURE RECORDS
Hosting, delivery, domain, and security providers may process ordinary request and security records needed to serve and protect the site. Depending on the provider and event, those records can include an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser or device information, network and diagnostic data, and signals associated with abuse prevention. Those providers process data under their own terms and retention practices. HUMAN404 does not use these records for targeted advertising or sell them as visitor profiles.
02OUTBOUND SERVICES
Links to X, Telegram, Pump or pump.fun, Solana explorers, wallets, and other third-party services leave human404.io. Those services may collect information, use cookies, associate activity with an account, or apply different retention and disclosure rules. Their privacy notices govern activity on their services; this notice does not.
03DIRECT COMMUNICATION
If you email HUMAN404, the message, email address, headers, attachments, and related correspondence may be retained for the purpose of answering the request, maintaining an appropriate record, preventing abuse, or meeting an applicable obligation. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other wallet credentials.
04DISCLOSURE + SAFEGUARDS
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate misuse, respond to a valid legal process, or protect the rights and safety of HUMAN404, visitors, and others. Reasonable safeguards may reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
05CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
The site may later introduce a feature that changes its data practices. If that happens, this notice will be revised before or when the feature becomes available. The date below identifies the current version; a saved or copied version may become outdated.
