THE RULES FOR USING HUMAN404.IO
These terms apply to use of human404.io and its project materials. They separate public cultural communication from financial promises and protect the integrity of official HUMAN 404 sources.
Using the website does not create token rights, ownership rights, a fiduciary relationship, a partnership, an agency relationship, or a duty to launch or continue the project.
HUMAN 404 is an internet-native cultural project. This website publishes editorial material, project status, safety guidance, and a working Project Paper. The website is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or trading platform.
$HUMAN is a planned public Solana culture token and is not live as of 09 August 2026. No official mint address currently exists. Nothing on this website is a presale, private allocation, paid whitelist, offer to sell, or solicitation to buy a token or other financial instrument.
Website material is general information, not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Laws and tax treatment can differ by person and jurisdiction. Visitors are responsible for their own research and for obtaining independent professional advice when appropriate.
No statement guarantees that a token will launch, a market will form, development will continue, a feature will be delivered, or any asset will have liquidity, utility, listings, value, price appreciation, or return. Plans, dates, policies, and third-party availability may change or be discontinued.
Access to a public website is not an endorsement of any trade or third-party service. The following terms apply to visitors and users of project materials.
Links to X, Telegram, Pump or pump.fun, Solana infrastructure, wallets, explorers, and other services are provided for reference. HUMAN404 does not control or endorse every third-party statement, policy, transaction, contract, interface, or security practice. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and undertaken at the visitor’s risk.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Visitors are solely responsible for wallet security, transaction review, network fees, taxes, and compliance that applies to them. HUMAN404 will never need a seed phrase or private key and cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect address or lost through a compromised wallet.
HUMAN404 reserves the rights it owns in the HUMAN 404 and HUMAN404 names, logos, website design, software, editorial work, visual assets, and other original project materials. Third-party and contributor works remain with their original creators unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Token ownership would not transfer any copyright, trademark, domain, design, license, merchandising, editorial, software, or other commercial-use right.
Visitors may link to public pages and share unaltered official materials for truthful, non-commercial discussion, subject to any asset-specific notice. That permission does not grant ownership, permit merchandise or commercial exploitation, or authorize a person to speak for HUMAN404.
Do not impersonate HUMAN404 or its channels; present an alternate account, website, wallet, mint, or token as official; imply a partnership or endorsement without written permission; misuse project materials to deceive; interfere with the site; probe or exploit systems without authorization; introduce malicious code; evade access or security controls; scrape in a manner that disrupts service; or use the site for unlawful activity.
HUMAN404 aims to distinguish confirmed facts from plans, but information may be incomplete, delayed, or mistaken. The canonical Project Paper and token-status page should be checked for current project facts. The site is provided on an as-available basis and may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HUMAN404 and contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from reliance on the site, use of a third-party service, wallet activity, market conduct, or inability to access the site. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
HUMAN404 is the public operating identity used for the project. Its use on this site does not represent that a corporation, foundation, partnership, decentralized autonomous organization, regulated issuer, or other separate legal entity exists. The project is currently founder-directed, as described in the Project Paper.
These terms may be revised when the website, project status, services, rights, or applicable requirements change. The current version is published at this URL with its effective date. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
These terms are interpreted under the law that applies to the relevant use, conduct, and parties. They do not select or invent a governing jurisdiction, court, or venue. If one term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
